Binosto is a prescription osteoporosis medication that was the first on the market to come in an effervescent solution. We were challenged with developing a concept that focused on the patient, but also the formulation. The effervescent bubbles create a world where patients could enjoy their lives, but still be protected against fractures.
This campaign gave me the opportunity to develop some beautiful, unique brand images that were fun to work with throughout various media. Who doesn't love bubbles!

I developed the branding for several products for Mission Pharmacal, a small Texas-based healthcare company. These products include prescription medications for kidney stones, urinary tract disease, head lice, as well as a prescription iron supplement. The visual solutions ranged from illustration to photography. Working with limited budgets, I needed to find cost-effective solutions that could bring our concepts to life. I even gave a cactus a quick spine trim to make it "camera ready"!

Myriad Genetics develops genetic tests to assess patient's increased cancer risks, along with tests to help optimize the efficacy of chemotherapy medication. We developed branding and promotional materials for Ondose, a test that helps doctors make sure their patients are getting the optimal amount of chemotherapy drugs. I also developed brand campaign concepts for a hereditary cancer panel that helps determine a patients risk for developing cancer.
Coming up with the right tone for products like this was crucial, whether it was connecting with the patient's frame of mind or illustrating what a diagnostic tell can reveal.
I worked on various divisions of Baxter for several years; including Baxter Transfusion Therapies, Baxter Medication Delivery, and Baxter Novation. Each of these divisions presented unique challenges and opportunities for great creative. The solutions varied from photography that brought the patient's story to the forefront, to dynamic custom illustrations that empowered the healthcare provider to deliver the best care to their patients.
I also developed a comprehensive branding guide for Baxter Medication Delivery that encompassed all of their business units. For a large company like Baxter, it was very important that all outside partners understood the intention of the campaign and maintained the consistency of the brand through all materials.

CitraNatal presciption prenatal vitamins have a formulation to meet each women's unique needs from preconception throughout their entire pregnancy. Our challenge was to develop a framework for the overall branding that allowed each product to have their unique images and make it possible to easily add new products into the family. We maintained the equity of their current prenatal brand by using the gerber daisy which appeared on previous packaging. The daisy was given more meaning by creating vibrant, yet elegant branding that cradled each mom-to-be in safety and comfort.
The budget was kept in check by using stock imagery and retouching internally. I also developed a comprehensive branding guide to help other creative partners maintain the integrity of the brand.
